Consolidate mongodb-query-parser into @mongodb-js/shell-bson-parser

      Unify these two packages. In addition to current exports from `shell-bson-parser`, export:
      1. validate
      2. queryParser -> this needs to be dropped and we will use default export from `shell-bson-parser`
      3. toJsString
      4. default query values -> dropping this as well and defining inline in compass

      Nothing more should be exported from this package. Also mark `mongodb-query-parser` package as deprecated.
