Migrate shell BSON parsing call sites from sync to async in Compass

      Once we have WebWorker setup within `@mongodb-js/shell-bson-parser` package and its published, bump it within Compass and make all the changes. 

      This will trigger many changes in the codebase as functions became sync -> async. Make sure all the tests (unit/e2e) pass.
