      • Move the read preference mode selector into a new ReadPreferenceForm
      • For non-primary modes: tag sets (including the empty fallback set) and maxStalenessSeconds
      • Validate tag format and maxStalenessSeconds ≥ 90
      • Remove both options from URI Options

      Tag set UI is pending design review.
