      Let's get on the latest version of React (16.3.2)

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Update hadron-app peer dependencies to React 16.3.2
      • Update the compass-plugin template to use React 16.3.2
      • Update compass to depend on React 16.3.2.
      • Update all the Compass plugins to React 16.3.2
      • Bump the Compass plugin api version to 2.0.0.
      • Upgrade Enzyme in all Plugins to 3.3.0.
      • Inform Tomer & Pavel of the changes and that they need to upgrade their plugins.
