Export to CSV or JSON ignores query PROJECT line

      Lungang Fang discovered this issue while testing import and export. I reproduced for the screenshots and CSV file below.

      Note that the CSV file generated contains the correctly selected documents, but ignores the PROJECT setting and instead includes all fields.
