When:

• Connected to some instance using Compass latest master (as of May 23, 2018)
• Using the Aggregation Pipeline Builder feature
• If I disable (e.g.) stage A, then
• If I open the stage selection dropdown for stage A
• [Expected] I see the options menu appear on top of any content
• [Actual] I see that the options menu appears beneath any subsequent stage in my pipeline
