User story

As a Compass user
I want a quick way to see a list of my open connection windows
So that I can quickly switch from one to the other without confusion.

Acceptance criteria

• When one or more Compass windows/connections are open, the list of windows is available in the Window menu item (not sure how this works on Windows)
• The list of windows contains an identifier of the connection, e.g. user@hostname:port
• When I click on one of the connections/windows in the list, the selected connection/window is brought to the front and made active. If the window is minimized, then it will be un-minimized
