Don't prompt user " do you want to abandon changes" when there's nothing to abandon

      When you go to open a saved pipeline or save a pipeline from text in the pipeline builder, the UI prompts you:

       

      Are you sure you want to open this pipeline?
      Opening this project will abandon unsaved changes to the current pipeline you are building.
       
      However, there is nothing to abandon because I just opened the aggregation tab. I have a video if this is unclear.
