Indexes Plugin in Compass Readonly Thinks Collection is Readonly

      When running Compass Readonly, the indexes view thinks the selected collection is a readonly view, not that Compass is in readonly mode.

       

      Behaviour: Indexes tab renders the readonly view banner.

      Expected: The indexes list shows with the Create Index button hidden and the drop index buttons hidden.
