need to update cargo.toml to point to `wasm-dec128` branch for `bson` crate.

there is also an issue with loading a decimal128 document. even though the value seems to get encoded correctly with the new version of `bson` crate, we are getting stuck in a loop somewhere (this doesn't happen with other mongodb collection's i've tried)
