      Apply the following changes to the PR template for `compass-internal-docs` and `compass` repos:

      • Remove Existing tests pass since this info is provided by Travis
      • Capitalise options in lists
      • Remove empty lines between Types of changes options
      • Remove not used text from the end of the file
