Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to the Schema view for some collection with GEO data
• Scroll to a y-position in the Schema view, such that the Map area of GEO data begins to scroll underneath the querybar area above
• Open the ellipsis menu next to the querybar

Expected behavior:

• The ellipsis menu options appear on top of the Map area

Actual behavior:

• The ellipsis menu options appear beneath the Map area
