In keeping with how the software industry, ie Microsoft, labels their software, it would be more consistent to call the Compass (Stable) edition as "Compass Full" edition. As the other 2 editions are subsets of the functionality (Isolated, Readonly).

"Stable" hints at the idea that there are "unstable" versions.

There may be an alternative or better word to describe "Full", but this is the nomenclature I'm familiar with, so this is just a suggestion.

On this webpage, https://docs.mongodb.com/compass/current/index.html#capabilities-of-compass-short-editions, the "Stable" edition has no name.
