When authenticating with Kerberos the password field is redundant and causing confusion for users. The node.js driver is fetching the token from SSAPI and the password should not be needed. (see conversation attached in comment)

• When selecting kerberos auth the password field should either become disabled or disappear completely.
• When connecting with kerberos if a password is present in the connection options it should be ignored and not included in the connection URL
