Export Collection Does Not Include All or Added Fields

      1. When exporting full collection, it appears all fields are not shown for export if all records do not have values for a field (criteria for this not verified).
      2. This behavior remains true even if the filter restricts search to include only fields with values.
      3. The Add Field button adds new fields to the top of the list, instead of end of the list.
      4. Exported CSVs do not include the added fields.
      5. Exported JSON does not include the added fields.
