Problem Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click a button to Create Collection 
2. Don't fill in the Collection Name field (leave it blank)
3. Click Create Collection button

Expected Results

Error message should be informative and say that Collection Name field cannot be blank .

Actual Results

"Invalid namespace specified '<db name>'" error message appears.

Additional Notes

The same behaviour if create new db, don't specify collection name and click Create Database.
