“Expand All” button not available for read only collections

      The "expand all" button button in the "Documents" tab gets hidden with the rest of the document toolbar when a collection is in "readonly" mode (view, secondary, projection, read-only user etc..).

      I'd expect that "expand all" is shown in any case.
