Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any favorite connection
2. Click Connect
   --> modal window with text "Connecting to <host>:<port>" appears.
3. Cancel connection
4. Switch to form with individual fields
5. Click Connect
   --> modal window with text "Connecting to <favorite_name>" appears.

Expected Results

Modal window with the same text is displayed regardless of the form connection was initiated from.
