Performance tab: background color issue if window has minimal allowed width

      Problem Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Performance tab which shows some data
      2. Reduce the Compass windows width to the minimal
      3. Check the UI

      Expected Results

      The bg color is homogeneous.

      Actual Results

      HOTTEST COLLECTIONS, SLOWEST OPERATIONS tables moved down, but background color for them is white. While the bg color for the charts are dark.
