Column selection/conversion in import tool not displayed when file extension is not csv

      Problem Description

      When a CSV file does not have .csv extension, the import tool does not display the column selection/conversion view, even if the user selects CSV manually.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Try to import the file attached to this ticket.
      • Select the file and choose CSV as the import type

      Expected Results

      The view where user can select the columns to import and change the types is displayed.

      Actual Results

      The view where user can select the columns to import and change the types is not displayed.
