Create a branch of Compass which initializes lerna, moves the files of main compass into a new lerna package ‘packages/compass’. We will update the paths for evergreen, github actions, and the release scripts so that changes to this package run ci tests similar to how they occur currently and publishing of compass still works with the package folder.
