sort out reflux-state-mixin usage in compass plugins

      Most plugins depend on reflux-state-mixin, compass has a dependency on mongodb fork of the library, some plugin have the library as a peerDependency so it is not included in the dist, some don't so they will have a non-forked version bundled with the plugin, let's untangle this
