When creating a collection in Compass on a server > 5.0, we give the option to create a time-series collection. Time-series collections currently cannot also be created as capped collections. In the create collection modal we should disable the other when one is selected with a hover tooltip describing why it's disabled. Currently the server will give a descriptive error, this ticket is more to improve the UX around it.
