When using the app menu to import data or export a collection when multiple collection tabs are open, each tab opens their own modal. We should update this behavior to only open the current namespace. If it's easy we should also hide these collection menu items when not on the collection page (currently they're accessible on the connect screen, but not the databases/instance pages)
