      Problem Statement/Rationale

      on MacOs , version 1.26.1 updated to 1.27.1 with automatic updates disabled. We downgraded due to a bug and now it did the automatic update even though the "auto-update"-checkbox was disabled.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Download 1.26.1, disable automatic update and idk when it did it but it updated.
