We should consider splitting check-test and application packaging and publishing process in evergreen CI in separate tasks so that it's easier to restart flaky fails, build is happening in parallel and gets done quicker, and that we are not blocking macOS machine with codesign longer than needed (we don't need a codesign machine for running tests)
