This is a follow-up to the mini-skunkworks work done in compass/2382 . We want to have at least some guarantees that Compass app is functional every time we make changes to the app. For that purpose we want to introduce a set of e2e tests following Compass feature testing matrix and/or smoke checklist . This would be a lot of work upfront thought, especially for connectivity tests, so we want to start small and in the scope of this particular ticket we want to introduce a very basic setup that just tests if connecting to a few basic configs works (we can use our team test atlas env and mongodb-runner, this doesn't require any convoluted setup) and some basic Compass functionality (maybe a single item from every section in testing matrix)
