Description
We want to poll our Compass users directly within the app to compute Net Promoter Score (NPS).
We should leverage Intercom for this. Intercom does not directly support polls (yet) but does allow us to reach out to users and share links.

Acceptance criteria:
- A way for users to provide an NPS score without leaving Compass app
- Should be obvious to find, but not annoyingly in the way
- Should only prompt the user for an NPS which each new release. If they decline to provide an NPS or already give an NPS for a version, dont ask again.
- Don't ask for NPS immediately, wait until some threshold (num of times opened > 10, or total minutes in the app > 30?)
