Problem Statement/Rationale

When any modals are on the screen, mongosh is not collapsible, it's annoying when mongosh is expanded because it overlays the modal and does not allow to interact with it fully

Steps to Reproduce

• Expand mongosh
• Click "Create Database" button to see the modal
• Try collapsing mongosh

Expected Results

• mongosh is collapsed

Actual Results

• the only way to hide mongosh is by resizing

Additional Notes

• We probably should also fix mongosh z position relative to modal windows so that modals are always on top of everything on the screen
