Problem Statement/Rationale

The new "Options" Dropdown in the DataExplorerQueryBar is displayed on top of long query strings when the screen size gets smaller.

Steps to Reproduce

Open compass, navigate to a collection and type a long query into the find query filter textarea. Then decrease the width of the browser until part of your query gets hidden behind the options dropdown. See attachment.

Expected Results

We should instead have the text overflow with a scroll

Actual Results

Text gets hidden
