Add a test/check for the bundle size of Compass

      This ticket involves adding a test/check to minimize the chance of introducing a change which dramatically increases the bundle size.

      We should evaluate the generated bundle size and if it's above a certain threshold we should be notified by a failing test (if the change is intentional then we can update this threshold as well).
