      Typescript package to replace `compass-connect` that uses the new `ConnectionInfo` from dataservice everywhere, and the new `connect-form`. This should only be shown when the env variable `USE_NEW_CONNECT_FORM` is set to true.

      In this work we want to mostly replicate the views of `compass-connect`. The connecting storing/loading functionality will come in COMPASS-5067
