Problem Statement/Rationale
What is going wrong? What action would you like the Engineering team to take?
Enabled Help>Privacy Settings>Enable Product Feedback Tool, which is Intercom. Did not see the Intercom bubble appear. I have not seen any customer concern in a case yet.
If this is a permanent change, then remove the "Enable Product Feedback Tool" option from the menu.
Steps to Reproduce
How could an engineer replicate the issue you’re reporting?
Run Compass 1.28.4 and open Help>Privacy Settings
Expected Results
What do you expect to happen?
Intercom bubble in lower right hand corner if it is enabled.
Mention of its removal in Release Notes.
Actual Results
What do you observe is happening?
No appearance of the Intercom bubble.
