Now that we have a context that can provide the theme to components, we can add the context pulling to compass-components. We have one component already using this context as a reference (linked dependency ticket).

We'll want to get the theme in these compass-components:

• Icon button
• Card
• Checkbox
• TextArea
• TextInput
• Modal
• FileInput
• Tooltip
• Toggle
• Tabs
• Menu
• Select

If any of these end up requiring additional configurations we can break it into another ticket.
