Use theme in Compass startup placeholder

      When Compass starts up it has a placeholder until the content is loaded and can be displayed. Currently when a user has the dark theme this placeholder is still in light theme. This ticket involves pulling the user's theme and showing a light or dark placeholder accordingly.
