      • This check should prohibit usage of @emotion/css in the monorepo completely. CSS styles should be applied only by using @leafygreen-ui/emotion package to guarantee that we are always using the same version as leafygreen
      • This check should prohibit usage of @leafyreen-ui outside of compass-component package to guarantee that all leafygreen components in the app are coming from one place and have the same version
