Let's:

• Make the radio box group element wrapped in compass-components with the label and info button applied there (maybe add a label with info button component to use).
• Make the connect form submit/connect on enter (ensure the connect button is not disabled for this)
• Fix entire connect page scrolling behavior when the form starts scrolling (tls tab or kerberos tab for instance)
• Optional - maybe sync with Claudia on this, reduce the amount of learn more and just use info button icons.
