Let's use the fade in loading placeholders from compass-components while connections are being loaded and ensure keyboard navigation for the connections list is available for users. In the cases where loading fails, or a user saves a new connection before the loading has completed let's make sure the user can still use the connections list (stop showing the placeholders).
