How could an engineer replicate the issue you’re reporting?

Click the KMS feature and make the "In-Use Encryption KMS provider credentials will be stored to disk." appear on the bottom part of the screen. Navigate away to other tabs, but the message stays. The feature was not set nor used. No connection was made.

What do you expect to happen?

Message to disappear.

Message is always present.
