Clean up internal references to FLE2/CSFLE as an umbrella term

      We should replace internal naming references to “FLE2” with “QE”/Queryable Encrpytion and stop using CSFLE as an umbrella term for both CSFLE and QE in our code.

      This helps provide clarity around which terms mean what for people new to the codebase.
