Remove the "Build index in the background" setting

      We removed the "Build index in the background" setting from the index modal because it doesn't have any effect on the serverVersion above 4.2, and 4.0 went EOL last April so we decided to drop this checkbox entirely for all users.

      Remove the "Build index in the background" setting from the create index modal, because it doesn't have any effect.
