Now that we 1) don't have plugins documentation published anywhere 2) have logging to track possible errors for plugin loading we can probably remove this plugin from Compass. I clearly remember discussing this before, but can't find a ticket. This is a very easy tech clean up that would make it so that we have just one plugin less to worry about in the codebase.
