Update `compass-validation` components to LeafyGreen components

      • The containers are updated to use the LeafyGreen Card component
      • The following text components are updated to leafygreen:
      • “No Preview Documents”
      • “Validation Level”
      • “Validation Action”
      • “Validation modified”
      • The validation message is updated to use banner (currently individually styled error styles).
      • Font-awesome icon usage is replaced with leafygreen icons: 
      • “check-circle”
      • “Cross-circle”
      • Loading overlay icon “fa-circle-o-notch” is replaced with SpinLoader from compass-components.
      • The “TextButton” usage is replaced with LeafyGreen’s button. The TextButton usage is in editing and canceling the editing of the validation.
