See https://mongodb.slack.com/archives/G2L10JAV7/p1668095484993059 – we only want Compass to automatically connect the first time it opens a window, and not e.g. when it is closed on macOS and re-opened.

Ideally this means:

• Open Compass on the connection screen if it’s a new window
• Open Compass in auto-connect mode if it’s a window that was started as auto-connect and is being reloaded (CmdOrCtrl+Shift+R)
• Open Compass on the connection screen if it’s a window that was not started as auto-connect or the user has disconnected on this window at least once
