Cleanup residual legacy UI components

      Make sure all the old icons and components are removed, and finish to replace them if not. Remove all the internal packages at the end:

      • Switch all the remaining icons from mms-icons and font-awesome to the LG icons
      • hadron-react-*
      • react-bootstrap
      • Remove global .less styles and any residual usage of bootstrap (deprecated-bootstrap-styles/*.less)
      • Remove `hadron-react-buttons` and ensure there's no more usage in Compass
