Fix the settings dialog’s height and adjust categories

      Not sure if needed. If docs have some screenshots then probably, because the order of setting pages was changed.

      Not sure if needed. If docs have some screenshots then probably, because the order of setting pages was changed.

      • The settings dialog’s height changes with the height of the content. Fix the height and make the dialog scrollable.
      • Make the settings categories on the left fixed to the top and never scroll.
      • Move "features" to the first line in the categories list and call them "general".
      • Rearrange items in the list, do: General, Theme, Privacy.
