Add shortcuts to navigate between stages in focus mode

      In the ticket, we added shortcuts to:
      1. Navigate between stages in focus mode. Ctrl + Shift + 9 to move to previous stage and Ctrl + Shift + 0 to next.
      2. Add a new stage in focus mode. Ctrl + Shift + B to add a stage before the current one and Ctrl + Shift + A to add after current one.
