      Description of Linked Ticket

      Move _numSorted, _totalDataSizeSorted, and _memUsed from sorter classes to sorterStats class and report them in ServerStatus. 

      This would clean up the sorter class a bit and help with diagnosing the role of the sorter in memory usage problems.
