It would be very helpful if users could run mongodb-compass --auto-update and have Compass auto-update itself and report the result back to users on the command line.

This should be easy to implement now that the auto-update logic is implemented entirely in the main process and we have support for command-line flags, and would later be helpful for more advanced automated testing of the updater functionality.
