Confirm the file, delimiter, Ignore empty strings, Stop on Errors and the fields to import plus their types. If an error occurs in the startup of the import we show a dismissible Error banner. We use the `ErrorSummary` from `compass-components`.

This precedes the toast progress work as we want to show quickly caught errors before we close the modal and only allow viewing errors through the error log.
